WMS (Warehouse Management System)
A modular web-based system (GESPE) from the Leviahub package that adapts to all customer needs with strategic collaboration that optimises production processes for both parties.
A powerful and functional management system allows us to connect all our warehouses via radio frequency with real-time updates and checks.
Each product is labelled with a unique serial code (provided by us or by the customer) with registration of serial numbers, production date, expiry date, production batches, early warning for expiring materials, setting of counters for minimum storage (maturation times), automatic blocking and unblocking of product batches.
Every action and movement is archived so that it is always available for consultation.

TMS (Transport Management System)
Leviahub's modular web package (GESPE) dedicated to transport management.
Every transport request (shipment) received via EDI, email or telephone is immediately entered into our system, accompanied by all the necessary data (weights, measurements, type of vehicle, timings, priorities, pick-up locations, delivery locations, rates, etc.).
It is assigned a unique code that is used to track the shipment, manage any anomalies and for invoicing. Our suppliers and drivers are equipped with apps on which they can view shipments with the relevant QR codes and necessary instructions.
For each stage of transport, they provide updates (departed, arrived at loading point, loaded, etc.), as well as photos of documents and any reservations.
Our TMS is also able to provide ETAs updated every 15 minutes. On request, we can create specific, segregated environments for our customers within our TMS for the direct entry of transport requests and documents, in order to speed up the process, reduce costs and ensure maximum visibility and transparency, as well as continuous and accurate cost monitoring, without having to invest in a TMS. We therefore provide reports based on specific customer requests.
